❤️As a mother and a midwife I make it my business to constantly be in the process of learning all things birth, baby and motherhood.
🥰 I still get blown away by just how amazing breasts and feeding are, and finding out new and brilliant research to show just how cleverly evolution has fine tuned the interchange between mum and baby and back again .
😭While my own journey was tougher than I could have ever imagined … im so glad I have pictures like this to look back on and be proud of.
EVERY breastfeed be it 1 or 10,000 matters and is meaningful.
